My app guides users through calming breathing exercises with smooth animations and gentle haptics. At the end of each session, it shows a motivational phrase to inspire mindfulness and positivity. It is fully accessible, was designed thoroughly and thought till the last detail. It’s designed to help people pause, breathe, and feel better — one breath at a time.
