In 2024, applicants were tasked with creating an interactive app playground on the topic of their choice to showcase their passion for coding. New for 2024, 50 Distinguished Winners were recognized for their outstanding submissions and invited to Apple in Cupertino. Here’s how Neeraj describes his winning submission.
Phantom limb pain is a challenging condition that affects individuals who have lost a limb, causing them to experience sensations such as pain or discomfort in the missing limb. To help address this issue, this project leverages augmented reality (AR) technology to extend the lost limb and provide therapeutic relief. The project integrates AR with an iPad to create a virtual representation of the lost limb. Using the iPad's controls, individuals can interact with their virtual limb.
