Hello, my name is Leonardo and I’m a Computer Science student. I consider myself a creative and innovative person. I’ve been working on projects that aim to positively impact society by using technology to support the community. One of my biggest passions is iOS app development, where I express my ideas in a creative and simple way using Apple’s tools. I also enjoy video games, design, music, and watching soccer :)

In 2025, applicants were tasked with creating an interactive app playground on the topic of their choice to showcase their passion for coding. Here’s how Leonardo describes his winning submission.
Eyes is an app to help you take care of your visual health. It stores prescription values (sphere, cylinder, axis) and displays their progress through clear graphs. It includes an educational section on eye health and how the app works. It also uses a Core ML model with your phone’s camera to detect visual issues like cataracts or red eyes in real time.
