In 2021, applicants were tasked with building an interactive playground to showcase their creativity and technical abilities. Here’s how Vishal describes his winning submission.
My project, titled TossIt, is inspired by an increasingly large problem I see in my community every day: littering. TossIt aims to teach children about the proper disposal of waste. In the Playground, users are prompted to drag pieces of waste into appropriate trash, recycling, and compost bins.
