In 2023, applicants were tasked with creating a Swift Playgrounds app project on the topic of your choice to showcase their passion for coding. Here’s how Nyoman describes his winning submission.

In this challenge, I made a Swift Playground called "FlagSemaphore". An app where people will be introduced to flag semaphore and they can type any letters or words to see how it is translated into a semaphore code. The English alphabet comprises of twenty-six letters ranging from A to Z, each assigned with a specific angle value. The animation of the semaphore is produced through the utilization of a rotational effect, which is determined by the corresponding angle value of the given letter.
