In 2022, applicants were tasked with creating a Swift Playgrounds app project on the topic of your choice to showcase their passion for coding. Here’s how João describes his winning submission.
The Visualizer has as goal the creation of a tool that can show and confirm that, for a right triangle, the square of the hypotenuse is the sum of the square of the two cathetus, just as the Pythagorean theorem dictates. I mainly used the SpriteKit framework and SwiftUI was used for the navigation. All assets were created by me with inspiration from old portable videogames. The Visualizer is available in light and dark mode.
