I made an app about managing our overthinking. Overthinking is a part of the human experience, but when left unchecked it can cause bad effects on our mental health. One of the ways to overcome overthinking is journaling. My app aims to help people manage and challenge their thoughts with AI-based journaling to detect and filter their negative thoughts until it has solutions or ways to cope with it.
