Hello, I am Salih Yusuf Göktaş (Japsa). I am a VCD and CS student at Medipol University. My journey started with game development and design and evolved into mobile applications. We are currently developing “cool mobile products” at Kami Apps, where I am the founder and CEO. My goal is to transform lives with technology by developing digital products that inspire people. Japsa has been awarded a WWDC scholarship in 2025. Here is the submission that got him there.
In 2025, applicants were tasked with creating an interactive app playground on the topic of their choice to showcase their passion for coding. Here’s how Japsa describes his winning submission.
In the project, I developed an application that simulates the solar system in 3D. Users can examine the planets in detail as they orbit and get information about each of them. I tested this project with the followers of @astronomivebilim, my space page on Instagram, which I also manage, and received very positive feedback.
