I'm a simple person, I like to go out with my friends, go to parties, spend the night playing games, make new friends, exercise and many other things. But there is something I really like to do, which is to help people, make people laugh in some way and even teach and share knowledge. I love coding as much as I love creating music and practice athletics!!

Douglas has been awarded a WWDC scholarship in 2022. Here is the submission that got him there.
In 2022, applicants were tasked with creating a Swift Playgrounds app project on the topic of your choice to showcase their passion for coding. Here’s how Douglas describes his winning submission.
My project was inspired by two things: a workshop given by one of my academy's design mentors and my lack of drawing skills. I decided to make a small app that could teach basic design principles to those who have difficulty or want to learn to draw. I made a peaceful environment, with music made by me and a character that evolves as he progresses.
