This playground is called Bye Imsomnia. Where have a story about my experience overcoming insomnia. The method is 4-7-8. 4 seconds of inhaling in one breath, 7 seconds of holding your breath, and 8 seconds of exhaling slowly. In this playground, there’s 2 way to play, Manual Play and Auto Play.
