In 2022, applicants were tasked with creating a Swift Playgrounds app project on the topic of your choice to showcase their passion for coding. Here’s how Rachelle describes her winning submission.
Make Your History is a game inspired by my hometown, Indonesia and its most renowned urban legends, Loro Jonggrang. It delivers a mix of cultural stories and fictitious endings on how players solve the game. While playing, players can learn about Indonesian cultures in a fun and enjoyable way through the story telling, pixel art design assets, and traditional music of Gamelan. The game's concept is assembled and created in Xcode Swift Playground.
